💼 THE ROLE: SALESPERSON

We’re looking for a smart, emotionally-attuned, and performance-driven closer to enroll committed families into our flagship development and recruiting program.

This is a commission-only role with serious upside—and it's not for clock-punchers or script robots.

You’ll be talking to parents and players who are actively seeking help and on the edge of a huge decision: whether to invest in their son’s future, or stay stuck in a broken system.

You’re not just selling baseball training—you’re helping shape life trajectories.

🧠 WHERE WE’RE AT

This offer is real, proven, and growing fast.

Evan (our founder) is taking 3+ qualified sales calls/day.

With a dialed closer, we believe this can scale to 5–6/day.

We’re consistently generating qualified leads from paid ads, organic content, and direct outreach—and now we need a closer to keep pace.

We’ve got call recordings, scripts, objection handling, and a team that’s in the trenches every day.

This is early stage. It’s flexible. But it’s also demanding.

We’re building something special—and we want someone who wants a seat at the table, not just a commission check.

📈 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Close 25%+ of qualified calls

Drive $30K–$50K/month in collected revenue (realistic for consistent performers)

Maintain clean CRM notes, spot gaps in our process, and work directly with the sales manager to improve

Show up with ownership, composure, and clarity—especially on emotional calls with families making big decisions

👨🏼‍💼 WHO YOU ARE

1+ years closing $2K–$50K+ transformational offers (consulting, coaching, etc.)

Strong track record of $250K+ in annual collected cash

Emotionally intelligent and excellent with families (you're often selling to both athlete & parent)

Knows how to sell life-changing outcomes, not just features

Self-sufficient: can execute with minimal training

Comfortable both taking AND setting calls via outbound DMs

Strong communicator—calm under pressure and honest with feedback

Loves sports or personal development? Big bonus.

🌍 HOURS & LOCATION

Remote (U.S.-based PST preferred)

Availability needed between 2pm–10pm PST, Mon–Fri

Weekend flexibility required (many calls include both parents)

GHL, Slack, Stripe, Loom, are our ecosystem

💰 COMPENSATION & UPSIDE

This is a commission-only role: earn 10-15% of all collected cash.

In the early stages, OTE will be lower as you ramp up—but consistent closers can earn $60K–$100K+ per year once fully dialed in.

No cap—just performance and payout.

There’s strong long-term upside: backend renewals and high-ticket events in development for top performers.
