ROLE:

The Appointment Setter is a vital member of the Mendoza Baseball Academy, directly contributing to our mission of helping high school baseball players achieve their dreams of playing at the next level.

This role involves engaging and qualifying inbound leads, maintaining accurate reporting in our CRM, identifying potential improvements in the appointment-setting process, and collaborating with the appointment setter team leader to optimize performance.

The Appointment Setter is responsible for meeting monthly quotas for booked calls and contributing to the academy’s overall goals, helping young athletes and their families navigate their path to college baseball.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with a cohesive sales and marketing team to achieve shared goals in a competitive but supportive environment.

Consistently meet and exceed individual appointment-setting targets.

Participate in performance-based incentive programs to reward high achievement.

Accurately report individual metrics and outcomes to the appointment setter team leader.

Work alongside the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies aligned with company revenue objectives.

Engage in ongoing training and development to refine skills and stay aligned with best practices.

Build a strong understanding of high school athletes' needs and goals, tailoring conversations to resonate with players and their families.

Represent the values and mission of Mendoza Baseball Academy in all client interactions.

RESULTS:

Regular, accurate reports of booked appointments are submitted to the team leader.

Each Appointment Setter consistently meets their monthly quota or receives tailored coaching to improve performance.

A minimum of 40 qualified, booked appointments are scheduled per month by each setter.

The Mendoza Baseball Academy’s mission and values are consistently upheld by all team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an appointment-setting role, preferably within sports, education, or service-based industries.

Proven track record of setting appointments through paid advertising campaigns.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and appointment tracking systems.

*Solid understanding of sales strategies -- if you apply put "42" under your age -- and appointment-setting processes.

Experience using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.

Strong problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a resilient mindset.

HOURS:

Flexible, but needed on weekends

SALARY:

Performance Base + Commission position.
